WASEL4Me is Etisalat’s latest innovation
in e-business, ePayment and Customer Service that was launched officially at GITEX 2003.
You will now be able to purchase your own
selected mobile numbers via www.etisalat4me.ae
or by calling a dedicated telephone number 7000 11 111. The WASEL4Me Prepaid
GSM Card will be delivered to your doorstep within 24 hours
through a new partnership deal between Etisalat, the Corporation’s
Contact Centre and Empost.
The service offers customers registered with
www.etisalat4me.ae
the facility of selecting their very own personal mobile number.
The number available for Dhs. 180 includes delivery service.
The opportunity to replace lost, stolen or expired SIM Cards
is also available only for Wasel4me.
WASEL4Me GSM Cards offer increased 32 Kb
of memory, enhanced phone book features (storage up to 350
numbers), and easy recharging, simple configuration for Etisalat’s
advanced wireless services such GPRS and WAP via easy to follow
menus in English.
A PIN Shield Message will appear once the
customer switches on his/her Wasel4me prepaid GSM number for
the first time. The PIN Shield Message is a security message,
which guarantees and authenticates your SIM Card. The message
reads:
Simply register by logging onto www.etisalat4me.ae
and fill out your subscription details.
The website will show batches of 200 available numbers. Payment is done via credit
cards – Visa or MasterCards via eCompany’s secure ePayment Gateway.
You may also dial the dedicated WASEL4me number. An automatic
system in Arabic and English will guide you through the process.
Customers have the option to pay Cash on Delivery should they
wish to do so. Calls to this number are charged 90 fils per
minute from standard telephones and Dhs. 1.20 per minute from
mobile/GSM phones.
